TRAINING COST
- SIGNALS INSTRUCTOR TRAINING: (2) day in length $100. Per participant (minimum of 5 attendees) NOTE: Training is limited to a maximum of 15 participants when conducted at The Kentucky United Methodist Homes for Children & Youth. When training is conducted off KYUMH site then additional travel expenses are required. If out of the state of Kentucky, air fare must be included. COST CONSIDERATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS PROGRAM:
- SALARY FOR THE TEACHER AND CLASSROOM large enough to accommodate 10-12 students
- MATERIALS: SIGNALS: Setting Important Goals Now Against Life-threatening Substances curriculum cost: $229. / Orders of (5) or more curriculums are discounted by 10%. The curriculums are all inclusive with no additional materials to purchase. Reproducible student workbooks may be photocopied as needed without copyright infringement or needed permission.
- REQUIRED: A television and DVD player.
- SUGGESTED: The program comes with several disks including a CD Rom format and DVD format. The CD Rom contains power point presentations and the forms for administrating the curriculum. The forms can be manipulated to personalize the documents with your agency logo. To access this material requires computer equipment. The DVD format includes presentation materials and requires a DVD player.
- The CD Rom presentations are most effective when used with a LCD projector. However, the power point and other materials are easy to transfer or copy onto flipcharts or convert to overhead transparencies. They may be printed as handouts to the students.
- Replacement / Additional Disks: $20. each
