Pastor Dan Paddock helped the SIGNALS program by converting the CD ROM version of the program into a DVD format and thereby making the program both pragmatic and more accessible to a broader population. This made SIGNALS viable to financially challenged organizations that typically may not have access to computers or LCD projectors but can afford TVs and DVD's. June 2008
